Beachbody recognizes this and that is why they are constantly presenting their customers with a variety of great workouts. I am only listing the ones I have tried (which is pretty much the top 6 sellers). Just know that there are other programs to choose from, especially intermediate and advanced programs that are follow-ups to these great workouts in my reviews. If you don't like dance music and would rather take a simpler, more traditional approach to your workouts, try Power 90 or Slim in 6. If you want a taste of different types of exercise like, yoga, strength, cardio, even ballet moves, then try Yoga Booty Ballet. If you love music and like to move you will most likely enjoy Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs. Good coordination is Not required! Just have fun! All these programs are great for beginners-intermediate levels because they start you out a the beginner level and include other workouts in the program that you can use as you gain more energy and strength. P90X Extreme Training is the most advanced workout program Beachbody offers at this time. As you might imagine by the title of this program, it is extreme! Don't attempt it unless you are at an advanced level or have completed any of the other programs mentioned above. Please remember that the reviews are only my opinions based on my personal experience with these programs. It may be different for you, but at least you have something to go by when considering one of the programs. Please also remember that Beachbody has a 30 day money back guarantee on all these programs so if you don't like the one you chose, you can return it and get a different one!
